About Us

 Taste Jalisco started in the summer of 2021 when founder Alma Bierma wanted to share her love of cooking and Mexican heritage with her friends and family. Alma created her Birria starter sauce pulling from her Mexican roots and traditional recipes to help families create delicious, healthy, quick, and easy dinners full of culture and tradition. Alma’s passion is to preserve her family recipes and pass on these delicious starter sauces with a goal of getting food on the table in no time.
